Family Law
Family Law is a division that includes marriage, civil union, divorce, child custody rights, alimonies of all sorts, adoption, parental authority or simply common life agreements or pre-nuptial contracts.

Rental Board
Both tenants and landlords have rights, regarding notably eviction, peaceful enjoyment of the premises, rent payment, and lease breaking.

Civil Litigation
When someone or somebody does not honour an obligation, civil litigation arises, thus giving a cause for a claim in court. For example, claims for hidden and latent defects, claims for unpaid services, enforcement of judgment (seizure or collection), are all causes for civil litigation. To settle these matters, justice courts are normally preferred, although other solutions exist for one who should desire, namely arbitration or mediation.

Commercial Law
Commercial Law comprises negotiations and drafting of commercial agreements or contracts, the sale of business, litigations arising from business activities, incorporation procedures both under federal or provincial bylaws and legal counsels on business management or work relations. International agreements also concern commercial law.
